2. Scope and Geographic Availability

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site and its content. Certain services operated by Extreme Dispatch or its service providers may have separate terms posted on their own pages. Review those terms before using such services.

We do not guarantee that the Site is suitable, available, or lawful in every country. If you access it from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for considering local laws.

3. Changes to the Site and Terms

10. Suspension or Termination

Where permitted by law, we may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice. Ending access does not cancel provisions intended to continue after termination, including applicable rights, responsibilities, and legal protections.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and matters relating to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without applying conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive objections to that venue based on personal jurisdiction or an inconvenient forum.

12. Waiver and Severability

If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. Conduct between you and us does not automatically change these Terms. If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be separated to the extent required, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
